A famous saying goes "you are what you eat," and this is true. Americans recently with fast food and unhealthy tendencies have been the most unfit in years. There has been less exercise and more eating leading to health problems.
Everyday we use the environment from its resources to the oxygen it produces. However in return we pollute and destroy this land that keeps us alive. Environmental health directly correlates to our lives.
Who are we?
